Interview Round : 1st we will screen the CV and then call the candidates for face to face interview, then a Desktop Support related test will be given to them and after completing the test, their interview will be conducted. Number of interview rounds are 2.
Job Description:
Requirements:-
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on managing security operations and implementing Microsoft security solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft security stack, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Azure Sentinel, Azure Security Center, and Microsoft Intune.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully managing cybersecurity initiatives and projects from conception to implementation.
• Demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry developments, emerging threats, and best practices in cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities :-
1] Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the organization's needs and aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
2] Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents and breaches using the Microsoft security stack.
3] Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Azure Sentinel, Azure Security Center, and Microsoft Intune.
4] Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and recommend remediation measures.
5] Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls and measures into the organization's infrastructure, applications, and processes.
6] Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and trends, and provide proactive recommendations and solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.
7] Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery, leveraging the capabilities of the Microsoft security stack.
8] Provide guidance and support to IT and business teams on security-related matters, including security awareness training and secure development practices.
9] Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of cybersecurity operations and processes.
10] Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft security technologies, providing expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders and customers.
