Interview Round : 1st we will screen the CV and then call the candidates for face to face interview, then a Desktop Support related test will be given to them and after completing the test, their interview will be conducted. Number of interview rounds are 2.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:-
• Develop and maintain the security architecture framework, roadmap, and strategy for the organization.
• Identify and evaluate the security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities of IT systems and networks.
• Design and implement security solutions and controls to mitigate the security risks and enhance the security posture of the organization.
• Review and update the security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with the industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to the security team and other stakeholders on security architecture, design, and implementation issues.
• Lead and coordinate the security testing, monitoring, and incident response activities of the security team.
• Research and evaluate new security technologies, tools, and trends and recommend appropriate solutions to improve the security capabilities of the organization.
• Provide security training and awareness to the staff and management of the organization.

Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in IT security, with at least 5 years of experience in security architecture and design
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, OWASP, etc.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, tools, and solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, encryption, authentication, SIEM, etc.
• Strong knowledge of security testing, monitoring, and incident response methodologies and tools
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, DeSecOps, and agile security principles and practices
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
