Position : Technical Support Executive
Location : Pune
WHO / WFH : Work From Office
Shifts : Rotational / 365 days
Qualification Required:
Graduation from an accredited Computer science or IT Additional Courses in Cloud and Linux preferred.

Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor, maintain and manage infrastructure to provide a 24x7x365 uptime. Create and modify scripts or applications to automate tasks Understanding of Networking, IP address, Basic routing, routing at OS level Hands on experience on Web server Knowledge of Apache, NGINX, IIS Basic understanding of MYSQL, SQL database engines Shell scripting and Python scripting. Understanding of Compute, Storage, Networking and Database offerings Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. Take backup of servers as and when required or on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Install Linux operating systems, with strong understanding on OS internals for performance tuning or meet application requirements. Familiar to work with firewalls like iptables, firewall-cmd, etc Delivering and communicating solutions to clients Requirements.

Skills Required:
Should have a knowledge of web servers like Apache, tomcat, Nginx, etc. knowledge of Backup and DR strategies Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, IMAP, POP3, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP. Should be willing to work in 24*7 -365 shifts. Willing to learn and adopt new technologies. Understanding of Highly Availability, Fault Tolerant and Scalable System Architectures on Azure / AWS. Understanding of Various automation and deployment strategies on Azure / AWS Knowledge on various AWS - Compute, Storage, Networking and Database - Services like VPC, VPN, EC2, RDS, ELB, ALB, SNS, SES, CloudWatch, AutoScaling, CloudFront, Route53, S3, CloudFormation, Lambda, etc Ability to quickly identify the issue and provide resolution accordingly. Additional Linucertifications.(RHCSA, RHCE) will be considered as an advantage. Additional knowledge of AWS will be considered as an advantage.

Quick Learner Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly.
