How To Design a Mobile App

2.About The Project
In today's beauty and self-care industry, users often face the inconvenience of managing two separate apps-one for purchasing cosmetics and another for booking salon professionals. This fragmented experience leads to unnecessary hassle, time consumption, and a lack of seamless integration between product use and professional services.
Our project aims to solve this problem by creating a unified beauty platform that combines both cosmetic shopping and salon service booking within a single app. This all-in-one solution allows users to explore and purchase beauty products while conveniently scheduling appointments with trusted salon professionals-all in a streamlined and user-friendly experience.
By merging these two essential beauty needs, our app enhances accessibility, improves user satisfaction, and simplifies the self-care journey. The goal is to offer a hassle-free, personalized, and efficient beauty experience for users who seek both high-quality products and expert beauty services in one place.

7.User Research
User research helps understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. It guides design decisions through methods like interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
So for this project, I have conducted two types of User Research:
Qualitative Research (1 on 1 User Interview)
It's about digging deep into user thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Think interviews, open-ended questions, and observing real behavior.
Quantitative Research (Conducted surveys by user form)
It's all about the numbers-what users do, how often, and how many. You get insights from surveys, analytics, and stats.
